BANANA & OAT CHOC CHIP MOOD BOOSTING COOKIES

The perfect healthy little treat for when you are craving something wholesome, healthy and delicious that will help to fill you up because of the ingredients used.

This is a recipe from my treatment plans/programs that get sent out to my lovely clients when they book in with me for a 1:1 nutritional consultation. I put a lot of effort into the recipes and food guides that go into my plans because I really want everyone to know that wholesome, healthy eating IS fun, delicious and super easy!

BANANA & OAT CHOC CHIP MOOD BOOSTING COOKIES
Makes 8-10 cookies | 30mins

1 banana, mashed
1.5 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar free choc chips

Method:
Add the banana into a bowl and mash well. Follow with all other ingredients and mix well. 
Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture onto a line baking tray and bake at 180 degrees FF for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
