Supportive, age-appropriate sessions for students aged 5–17

Our Good Day Wellness Workshops are designed to educate and empower kids, pre-teens, and teens with practical tools to support their physical and mental wellbeing. These are not lectures, they’re interactive, engaging, and tailored to each age group.

We cover the topics that matter most from understanding how food affects mood, to building body confidence and navigating diet culture.

Popular Workshop Topics Include:

  • Food x Mood: How what we eat affects how we feel
  • Body Image & Self-Worth in the Social Media Era
  • Nutrition for Energy, Focus & Performance (great for student athletes)
  • Mindful Eating & Emotional Awareness
  • Cooking with Colour (great for R-Yr.5)

All workshops are evidence-based, inclusive, and created with a compassionate, real-life approach.

Frequently asked questions

What age groups are your workshops suitable for?

Workshops are designed for children and teens aged 5–17. Each session is tailored to be age-appropriate, with content, language, and activities suited to the developmental stage of each group (e.g. Junior Primary, Upper Primary, High School).

Can we choose our own topic or theme?

Absolutely. All workshops are customisable to suit your school’s curriculum, wellbeing goals, or specific student needs. I also offer popular topics like Food x Mood, Body Image, Gut Health, and Lunchbox Balance these can be run as-is or adapted to fit your audience.

How much do workshops cost?

Pricing depends on group size, duration, and customisation. Please get in touch via the enquiry form and I’ll provide a quote based on your needs and goals. Discounts are available for multi-session bookings or whole-school programs.

Do you offer virtual workshops?

Yes! Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually, depending on your location and preferences. All virtual sessions are run live, with plenty of interaction and opportunities for questions.

What’s the format of a session?

Sessions are designed to be interactive, educational, and engaging. They may include a short presentation, guided activities, discussions, and take-home resources or journal prompts. This isn’t a lecture, it’s a safe space for learning and conversation.

What’s the ideal group size?

Workshops work best in small to medium group sizes (up to 30 students), but I can cater to larger groups or whole-year level assemblies with adjusted content and format. For cooking classes, group sizes are limited to allow for safety and hands-on engagement.
