GUT LOVING NO-BAKE BREAKFAST BARS

This recipe is perfect for those mornings you are in a rush and need something on the go! With all the gut loving goodness this is one your digestive system will LOVE. As we all know by now, the gut plays a major role in influencing how we think and feel. The gut brain axis is deeply intertwined so by doing our best each day to nourish our gut microbiome it is going to support us taking steps in the right direction of a thriving gut. 

GUT LOVING NO-BAKE BREAKFAST BARS
Makes 8 Bars | 20 mins + setting time

1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1-2 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
1 cup oats
1 cup raw mixed nuts
1 tbsp chia seeds & 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 medjool dates
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp @franksimple_ gut restore powder
2 tbsp dried cranberries

Method:
Melt coconut oil, peanut butter and sweetener together. Add everything into a food processor and combine until sticky. Add into lined tray and allow to set overnight. Drizzle with choc and allow to set for another 30mins. Enjoy!
