Malissa herself battled anxiety, which hindered various aspects of her life, impacting her confidence and self-esteem & relationships. While dietary changes offered support, she recognised that it was only part of the puzzle. A mindfulness tool that consistently brought her solace was journaling. Immersed in the pages of her journal, she discovered a sanctuary where her thoughts found release, and anxiety surrendered to the flow of ink on paper. The relief she experienced, even if temporary, was like a heavy weight lifted.

Recognising the powerful combination of wholesome, mood-boosting meals and daily journaling practices, Malissa realised that she had found a magical recipe for her own well-being. Determined to share this transformative approach with others, she founded Good Day Wellness. Now, through nutrition guidance and the practice of journaling, Malissa aims to empower individuals to unlock their potential and cultivate mental well-being from within.
